At LeoFinds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Glow Guarantee on eligible items.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item has been used with reasonable care
- All included accessories are returned
- The item is not listed under non-returnable products
Original packaging is recommended but not required.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Skincare products (creams, serums, oils, gels)
- Opened or used consumables
- Personal care items that come into direct contact with skin (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Condition & Inspection
Items showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: support@leofinds.com with photo/video proof
We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost
Refund Process
- Returns must be approved before shipping
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, processing may begin.
